The Office of Health Promotion and Resilience helps promote student health at Western by making sexual health supplies, menstrual health supplies, and substance harm reduction supplies freely available to Western students.

If you would like a Health Supplies Package mailed to your home, please fill out our request form and we will send one your way! When you need a refill, feel free to order again and we will do our best to continue filling all orders as long as supplies last.

RA Health Supply Packs

Starting December 2025, all RA orders will be delivered to the Residence Life Office in Edens Hall for pick up. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

RA packs contain: 

  • Sexual health supplies, including an assortment of condoms, lube, dental dams, disposable gloves, finger cots, and emergency contraceptive; 

  • Menstrual health supplies, including tampons and menstrual pads; and 

  • Substance harm reduction supplies, including single-use breathalyzers, fentanyl test strips, and naloxone spray.

  • Print resources are also available on request. Please select the print resources you wish to order in the next section.
